FAR Overhaul Clause Crosswalk reads a pasted list of FAR and DFARS clause numbers, labels only, looks each number up in a published dataset built from the official texts (the codified FAR and DFARS, the FAR overhaul model deviation text, the GSA provision and clause table, the DoD class deviations, the proposed rules in the Federal Register and the eCFR) and shows what those texts list for it, with its source and date. It is a reading of your list and a statement of what the sources say. It does not read contracts, does not say which number a given contract must carry, does not rule on a contract or a subcontract, and gives no legal advice. Which number applies depends on the deviation the contracting agency has adopted and the date of the solicitation or modification; your contracting officer and your counsel decide what applies.

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are given on request within 30 days of any charge. We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The dataset, the change notes and the notes are published by The Art of Service and may be used within your organisation for your own contracts work. They may not be resold or republished. The official texts they cite belong to their publishers.

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
